Overall Satisfaction with Avast Managed Workplace RMM
Our entire organization uses it to manage and monitor all of our customer's devices.
- It's a great way to monitor all of the devices that our customers have.
- Remote services are easy to use and very convenient.
- Sometimes when using Premium Remote it says that the wrong password was entered but the password is auto-filled by the program, not the user.
- It has really helped us in reporting. We need to show our customers that our monitoring is helping them and the reports are very helpful in doing that.
I have not used anything else.
