Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Cloud Office
We use Avaya Cloud Office as a whole organization. We use physical phones on our desk[s] as well as utilizing the Avaya CLoud Office app on desktops and phones. This has helped with mobility and missing calls.

- Increased efficiency
Having one platform has been great, very convenient. Minus having a few issues scheduling calendar meetings/calls.
We have not integrated it.
