Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We have a maintenance contract w/ AVI-SPL for multiple locations for AV systems. They provide SLA support and preventative maintenance on our AV equipment and also troubleshooting and new installations. We have worked with AVI-SPL for many years and on multiple project within our organization. We originally worked with Whitlock who was later acquired by AVI-SPL.

We currently utilizing a hybrid environment for our AV meeting spaces to which AVI-SPL (or Whitlock at the time) assisted with the installation and build of those systems. We utilize the meeting spaces for in-person and remote meetings utilizing solutions such as Zoom, Teams or Webex.
AVI-SPL is definitely more responsive to requests for quotes and questions then that of Diversified. Because of that fact, we have not purchased any products or services from Diversified and so far have only received quotes from them.
