Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We have a maintenance contract w/ AVI-SPL for multiple locations for AV systems. They provide SLA support and preventative maintenance on our AV equipment and also troubleshooting and new installations. We have worked with AVI-SPL for many years and on multiple project within our organization. We originally worked with Whitlock who was later acquired by AVI-SPL.

  • Technician efficiency.
  • Pricing.
  • First-call-closure.
  • Improved overall AV footprint.
  • Increased technical capabilities of AV systems.
  • Value-added when it comes to customer service.
  • Improved remote capabilities.
  • Improved video meetings.
Their help desk has provided adequate assistance but I would have to say that it is their engineers who really make that organization shine.
AVI-SPL is definitely more responsive to requests for quotes and questions then that of Diversified. Because of that fact, we have not purchased any products or services from Diversified and so far have only received quotes from them.

Their support team has gone out of their way on many occasions to assist us when we have had issues on projects. They have gone so far as to loan us their lab test models of equipment for us to use at an event, as our equipment had failed and ETA of ordering replacements would not make it before the event was set to start. They are also always responsive when reaching our to them for assistance either by phone or email.
