We had an AV system installed.

  • Certain employees are not responsive.

  • We are a pretty simple operation - just wanted a correct install of AV.
It's really neither here nor there - we haven't had to use support from AVI-SPL - the system is new and the few times we have used it, it works well.
They haven't - we did not need any help.
