Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

I use AVI-SPL primarily for audio-visual products from Poly and Logitech. Our customers have need of video and audio conferencing needs and AVI-SPL provides me with great sales support and competitive pricing.

  • Competitive pricing.
  • Quick delivery of products.
  • Knowledgeable sales and support staff.
  • Better pricing is always welcome.
  • Opens doors for solutions to businesses we may not have had access to.
I have not needed to contact the global help desk.
I have not used AVI-SPL for remote work environment solutions at this point.
I typically get better pricing from AVI-SPL.

The sales representative that I work with is always responsive to my requests for quotes or information on specific products. I very seldom have to have to send reminders for information or quotes. I compare pricing from other suppliers and AVI-SPL most often provides me with the best pricing for our customers, which gives me an edge in winning business for our company.
