Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We use AVI-SPL to support our customers AV needs across both new construction and support. Our clients are located globally and numerous offices globally makes it easy to scale with our client. We have had great success on the delivery and support model with AVI-SPL. I will continue to recommend them to our clients.

  • We have had some projects where issues weren’t highlighted early enough
  • We have had a few rooms that weren’t immediately stable after installation
  • By switching to AVI SPL we were able to reduce our costs of previous vendors
  • Our reliability of rooms is much higher meaning less time is wasted chasing issues down
Overall AVI-SPL provides consistent and responsive support. There are times where we run into issues but I have strong escalation points that are able to quickly resolve issues for me.
AVI-SPL was integral to setting up our video conferencing in various offices for our clients. This has enabled a much stronger hybrid workforce.
We chose AVI-SPL over competitors and local offerings due to their strong national presence and better pricing.

AVI-SPL is reliable and can meet my needs both nationally and globally. I have used them for new construction to implement multi-million dollar AV solutions as well as single room retrofits in remote offices. Each time they have managed to successfully deliver. Furthermore, I use AVI-SPL to provide support for AV on a global footprint.
