Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL is an organized, professional, capable audio visual engineering and implementation company. We are doing multiple site installations and upgrades, and I've personally had a good experience with their project management, communication, modern technology, and overall customer service. I highly recommend them.

Pros

  • Communication with management is regular, thorough and positive experience
  • Project management is organized and responsive.
  • They provide the latest and greatest, and custom design each room based on our standards, and their best practices.
  • Great team sharing and inclusive environment.

Cons

  • Looking for outside solutions when relied upon solutions are no longer easy to get your hands on, like Crestron. Supply chain issues are not their fault.
  • Clearer communications between installation and commissioning teams to advise when install missed something or there was a failure.
  • Improved management, especially with support of rooms, both implemented and legacy.
  • Increased adoption across the user community as we standardize, and provide well-working solutions.
  • Excellent support, both remote and onsite.
  • Reduction of complexity with mixed vendor environments.

It is suited for all types of spaces using audio-visual equipment. Maybe a bit pricey for non-complex rooms with no conference integrations but for large projects, they are terrific. They are also very good at making recommendations for renovation projects, and providing examples where they have implemented state-of-art.
