Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
AVI-SPL facilitated the purchase of and installed a theatrical lace-and-grommet screen in one of our theaters. They also tightened the 2 other screens in the theater. The crew displayed professionalism and was very knowledgeable. They came up with on-the-spot solutions to problems that arose and finished the work within the timeline they set. The film displayed on these screens is a historical retrospective of Henry Ford's accomplishments and is viewed by approximately 100,000 people each year.
Pros
- They communicate with us on a weekly basis to keep us apprised and in-the-know.
- They help facilitate purchase of equipment needed and even extended us their discount on parts purchased.
- Their crew shows up on time and is polite, knowledgeable, and hard working.
- They come up with on-the-spot solutions which is paramount as this particular job had a timeline that had to be met. There was no wiggle room.
Cons
- Although the work was flawless, I believe that they should send the crew that will be working a week before work begins so they have a detailed view of their work environment as that may decrease issues that could have been avoided.
