Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL was contracted for audiovisual systems buildout of new office space and training facility in Chicago 2021-2022.

Though they have provided contracted support it has often been a bit haphazard and did not really meet the SLA. Had it not been for the presents of a fulltime on site AV engineer a lot off issues could have occurred. I would hesitate to leave them wholly responsible for all service and support matters for a large buildout.
Installation of approx 60 Teams Ready rooms. This has greatly increased employee engagement and productivity.

AVI-SPL are well suited for large AV project buildouts but not suitable for small projects.
