Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL is a value-added audio/visual (AV) solutions provider. We are currently leveraging their expertise to assist with the design and build-out of an eSports Arena and an XR production studio. AVI-SPL are uniquely qualified due to their extensive partnerships and breadth of AV knowledge.

Pros

  • AVI-SPL are great consultants and know how to ask the right questions when gathering customer requirements
  • AVI-SPL has a wealth of experience and subject matter expertise
  • AVI-SPL has extensive relationships with various solution providers

Cons

  • While this is an industry-wide challenge, better planning and asset management to mitigate the on-going effects of supply-chain issues would have been helpful during our project. Unfortunately, this isn't something easily remedied.
  • As an institution of higher learning, the programs that AVI-SPL is assisting us with have the capability to increase our enrollment by attracting new students to our academic programs
We haven't had the opportunity to leverage AVI-SPL for traditional support, but they've been very supportive in terms of providing the necessary assistance to ensure the success of our project.
This activity was not a part of our initial contract.

I would highly recommend AVI-SPL because of their abilities as an all-around quality solutions provider. They assist with carrying forward a solution from ideation through to implementation and maintenance. During the consultation phase, AVI-SPL asked probing questions and provided meaningful recommendations based on our specific needs. This was great considering the fact that, as customers, we sometimes don't know what we don't know.
