Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
They've converted our conference rooms to MS Teams rooms and have also done a large project to create 3 training rooms with the latest technology.
Pros
- Reviewing the space
- Designing and laying out proposed technology
Cons
- Very poor project management on our training rooms.
- This project took 8 months and the rooms are "complete" but not stable and still having problems every week.
- Getting this project down took a lot of effort and management on our part. We had to constantly ask for updates and timelines.
- No schedule was provided to us, despite asking for it for months during the project, finally we and to project manage this ourselves.
- Our people really like the MS Teams rooms.
We went from installing our own rooms with Monitors and computers to using AVI-SPL to install the Teams rooms. We have not used or evaluated another vendor for this.
