Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We use AVI-SPL as our global partner for Audio Visual systems. This includes design, purchase, installation and support for offices located in the US, APAC and EMEA locations. Most recent engagement focused on replacing legacy Microsoft Surface Hubs with Cisco branded AV systems.

AVI-SPL is well suited as a business partner for AV refresh (design and installation) and monitoring\maintenance post install. They are a Global company and we currently use their services in the US (3 locations), Hong Kong, London and potentially soon in Mumbai India. Note the equipment in Hong Kong is pre existing and AVI-SPL was able to take ownership of the monitoring and maintenance.
