Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a higher education institution, we need to keep our classroom audiovisual systems not only functional, but also modern to match changing pedagogy. AVI-SPL helps us maintain, upgrade, and innovate these spaces. Although we at SPU aim to design spaces internally, we trust the guidance of AVi-SPL to fill in the gaps of our expertise or suggest stronger alternatives.

Support Rating

Yes, when we had support for one of our lecture halls for a few months, we maximized our use of the support help desk. They were always responsive and also willing to teach me their solutions as they fixed systems.

So far, we've only worked with AVI-SPL on classroom upgrades and maintenance, and general purchasing. So far, these experiences have been overall positive collaborations. They are always prompt in creating purchasing quotes, coming on-site for classroom walkthroughs, designing AV upgrades/solutions, etc. They are also very personable while maintaining a professional demeanor.
