Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We use AVI-SPL as our preferred Integrator. We have a service contract with them for 6 of our training rooms. If our rooms go down, we have multiple options of ways they can help us. A simple phone call or email can get the ball rolling and I can expect responses and support ASAP.
Pros
- Responds to problem calls quickly
- Helps troubleshoot over the phone to try to resolve sooner
- Will come to site to further troubleshoot, or replace equipment
- Is quick to provide quotes or proposals upon demand
Cons
- Quicker response to initial calls, (doesn't happen often)
- On quotes, I'd like to have shipping on the original quote so I don't have to modify PO after. Not huge, but helpful
- Feedback of our Training rooms is great! People rely on them for large conferences, meetings, and Trainings. The rooms are easy to use and reliable.
- Having the peace of mind of a service contract keeps me doing my job instead of troubleshooting a broken room. I get to work with my customers to make sure they always have what they need.
- Rooms going down is a major disruption to our business. We have dozens of conference rooms that are used constantly. Without these rooms up and running, we lose business. AVI-SPL helps keep our rooms up to date and reliable so we can keep doing business.
I have use plenty of other A/V companies in the past. They all have they pros and cons. AVI-SPL has consistently proven they can get the job done on time, within budget, and the type of quality I need and expect. AVI-SPL's service department has been able to keep our rooms going on short notice whenever we have an issue. It was a no-brainer to purchase a service contract with them.
