Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

Regarding the search for good prices on AV equipment, AVI-SPL has been an invaluable vendor to us. We absolutely love [...], as she makes working with AVI-SPL a pleasure. Quotes and service are fast, and they are able to get us all of our favorite brands at great prices!

Pros

  • Excellent customer service
  • Fast quotes
  • Great prices on our relied upon brands

Cons

  • An online catalog in our online procurement system would be nice, but I understand there are some roadblocks into getting such a thing put in place.
  • Our sales representative deserves a raise!
  • Letting us know sooner when payment is tied up in organizational red tape as I hate to delay getting them paid for their excellent service!
  • They have saved our organization money which allows projects to cost our stakeholders less.
I've not needed to reach out to them for support, only advice regarding AV equipment.

AVI-SPL provides us with fast quotes and great prices on AV equipment. They even provide product advice when we have questions. For us, they're a go-to vendor to get AV equipment as they usually beat other companies. They mainly deal with commercial AV equipment, so their prices on non-commercial AV equipment may not be as good.
