Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

I have been working with Lisa P. and Nadine O. for quotes and purchases of AV products. They are especially helpful in locating hard to find items or ones that seem to be out of stock at other places. They usually respond with results either the same day or within a couple if they need to do some researching. I really appreciate them.

Pros

  • Locating hard to find items.
  • Quick responses.
  • Consolidating orders/shipments to save money.
  • Providing lowest prices.

Cons

  • Nothing I can think of.
  • Providing the lowest prices.
  • Providing low cost/consolidated shipping.
  • Providing quick shipments and follow-up on tracking.
  • We had one instance where a purchase had already shipped and the order needed cancelled and they worked directly with vendor to accommodate the return and refund.
One order was purchased, but 2 days later things changed and had to cancel the order but they were so speedy with shipping it was already on the way. They were able to work with the vendor directly to cancel the order and we just had to refuse delivery so we were able to be refunded for the full order.
We have also used Solutionz, Inc. for quotes, ordering AV solutions and support. Both work closely with us to get competitive prices, can consolidate sourcing from a large pool of vendors, and provide excellent customer service and support after the sale. I think I would put both on the same level with one another, but depending on the product AVI-SPL has been able to provide the lower price.

We have used them for purchasing wireless mics from Shure, DAC units from PreSonus, broadcast streaming devices from Magewell, and others.
