Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL has been our regional Elmo and other equipment manufacturer dealer for several years now. They have been very responsive in getting us quotes, keeping us updated on shipments, and answering any questions we have. They have also been our support contact, helping us do any RMAs and have followed up throughout the process. It's been very easy to work with AVI SPL for these needs. I would continue to work with AVI SPL in this respect, and we have done so into 2025. We have also worked with AVI SPL on a few international integration projects. In the end, it didn't work out for our needs and timelines. International logistics can be difficult, as well as equipment lead times. This was during the 2021/2022 major equipment shortages and lead time issues, so perhaps it would have been more successful in today's market and environment. But we had contracted them out to work on a few integration projects, and they were unable to meet the timeline for a few of those projects. To use them for an integration, it would depend on the task and project scope. I would recommend them in helping with equipment and dealer or rep needs, though.

I don't believe I have directly worked with the AVI SPL global help desk. However, when we have had equipment issues, we have been able to work through our rep, who involves support or engineering services, as well as communication with the vendor directly, and that has been very helpful for us.

It would depend on the task and project scope. I recommend them in helping with equipment and dealer or rep needs, and we have worked with AVI SPL into 2025 for this need. We had some difficult integration projects in 2021 to 2022 that did not go so well on the integration side, so there is room for improvement there. However, there were major widespread industry equipment challenges at that time. But in today's market and equipment availability, it may have been a different experience. But we continue to use AVI SPL for some of our equipment needs at this time.
