Overall Satisfaction with Azuqua Platform

Azuqua helps us connect the various applications and data sources we use on a daily basis to create crucial workflows for many of our business operations. It's used primarily by the operations team to kick off actions in Salesforce, for example, and to send reminder emails when necessary fields or items have not been completed to the proper owner.

  • Can work across almost any application
  • It is a little complicated to use at first
  • Could have better documentation for how to build Flos
  • Better training for new users
  • It's helped increase the adoption of Salesforce and Gainsight from our Partner Services team
  • It saves time from building multiple workflows in Salesforce to accomplish the same goals
  • Saves headcount by not needing data multiple data entry employees
Azuqua was the only product we looked at in this space.
Azuqua is extremely helpful for teams using Salesforce and their CRM along with other applications such as Gmail, JIRA, etc. It makes kicking off workflows and various events much easier to manage than by using Salesforce only. For new users Azuqua is a bit complicated to learn so if something needs to be built quick it is probably less appropriate.
