Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use BambooHR to track vacation days/sick days, all paperwork associated to the job, employee directories, etc. It is convenient because it houses all information in one place.
  • Directory of all employees - I like that you can search by name or view the department hierarchy.
  • Holds important documentation for me in one place.
  • The birthdays/work anniversary feature is fun.
  • It can be a little confusing to find specific pages within my profile.
  • Saves a lot of time having to chase down documents from managers.
  • I imagine that it saves a lot by combining multiple storage/reporting features into one platform.
  • Saves on paper as well!
Have not had any issues with Bamboo, it has worked smoothly for me since I started using it.

I have nothing to compare BambooHR to in terms of other HR platforms. It's not flashy, it's just efficient and effective at what it is.
