Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We are a decentralized SME spread across several countries in Europe and the US, with many people working from home. We use BambooHR as a platform for corporate communications and general HR support as well as tracking time off, etc. It represents our go-to place for everyone to gain information on what is happening at the company level and for our one HR person to interact with the entire company as well as fill-in data on individuals.
- It's simple and easy to use, requiring no formal training.
- It is a resource for the entire company, not just HR.
- Generally no complaints
- Layout is a little boring
The support for implementation of the platform was excellent with a very simple and hassle-free rollout. Internally, there has been great support for it from management and to-date most people seem to use it without any notable complaints. Ongoing tech support is fine, but to be honest there is little to go wrong so we have had little need for it.

BambooHR works well for us. It is probably a bit cumbersome for a large organization, but BambooHR works well for SMEs, particularly if the company is not centralized in a single office, which is more and more the case these days. BambooHR provides an opportunity for those of us working from home to check in on what the company is up to and for an HR person sitting in Boston to keep track of personal data from people across Europe.
