Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
We use BambooHR in our organization for almost all employee data management such as org structure, compensation and benefits, documents, vacation and leave, etc... We have had the benefit of being able to combine numerous platforms into BambooHR and reduce our tech stack for employee management as it covers all of our organizational needs.
- User-friendly UI for both administrators and users, there's no learning curve, everything is thoughtfully laid out.
- Ease of navigation for new and experienced users alike.
- The mobile app is very clean and easy to use, most of our employees use this to book time off.
- We don't find it to be as customizable as other solutions but it is more robust.
- Ease of use for users and administrators.
- One stop for all organizational development needs.
- It has saved us a lot of money by being able to consolidate our tech stack.
BambooHR was a more inclusive package that was much easier to navigate and use according to the team that evaluated it, I was part of this effort. We spent a lot of time on this as we were ditching several other platforms to consolidate to one tool and wanted to make sure we wouldn't need to go out and buy other tools on top of this one.
