Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

It is used for employee info, PTO, reporting. I was not part of onboarding so I don’t know all of the issues it addresses but for what it does and for the main use cases I login to the platform for, I find it very useful and easy to find what I need.

Very easy to navigate. Pages are not overly cluttered and it's clear where to go to find certain information on yourself or someone else.
Building reports are easy to manage and interpret. They can be saved for later review, which is helpful.
I moved to a new company and prefer BambooHR.

Yes

I love the ease of submitting PTO, especially with the Slack integration. Also, I can view teams' PTO on the calendar, which is easy to view. I have also run department-specific reports to share with teams, and they generate very quickly, are easy to understand, and are saved for later review.
