Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

We use it for HR and payroll. Would love to for more features on the hiring and benefit side but overall good for a small company like ours.

Pros

  • Customer Service

  • The product is easy to use

Cons

  • Some of the implementations they have the customer handle by only providing a step-by-step article. One of my least favorite things about Bamboo.
  • More intuitive features for their hiring platform
  • Helps make our new hires during their onboarding process. It is easy and intuitive for them to navigate which helps with overall experience.
  • Being able to house our HR and payroll in one user friendly system is so helpful.
It is so user-friendly all the way around.
9.5/10 really! My only issue is they can be very hands off at times for some of the issues.
I love Bamboo's reports. They are clear and easy to comprehend.
We have used Magellan. They're system was over complex and not user friendly
