Great First Step into HRIS Systems

Prior to moving to BambooHR®, we were using a collection of File shares, spreadsheets and none of it was well maintained, updated or accessible to the correct levels. We now use it for all hiring/termination documents, background check, contact data, emergency contact data, pay tracking, employee timekeeping, employee feed back and company policy access. There is probably even more items I am not currently listing.

Much better data access and use for all levels of management and HR. Much more able to gain insight from data points not just assumptions. I expect this to grow further as our headcount also grows.
