Streamlined, Transparent & Straight Forward

We use BambooHR in tandem with BambooPayroll. Its streamlined and all in one place which makes our workflow manageable not chaotic like it once was. Havin one place to see payroll, pto, documents from policies to procedures to W2s saves so much time and hassel. To be able to have employees have control of their PTO and benefits has been helpful. From the Admin side, having benefits, reports and hirning information all in one place is great. We use most/all features BambooHR has to offer. In a nutshell-Having one platfrom that offers payroll and HR in one is what we love. Also the fact that employees have easy access to PTO, veiwoing their W2s, paycheck stubs on their own saves Admin a lot of time.

Yes, the reporting is clear efficient and accurate. We like that we are able to customize our reports but then also have the option for reports that have already been created. This has been recently helpful as we prepare for taxes and need to share payroll repots with accountants, bookkeepers and R&D Tax Credit firms.
