Not bad, here's my perspective

I used BambooHR to facilitate a reorganization within my client organization and initiate a performance review process. The BambooHR platform provided incredible support and made the transition nearly seamless. During the reorganization, I implemented an onboarding process designed to ease new hires into the employee life cycle and I appreciated the ability to take notes on specific employee profiles and to schedule feedback quarterly so as to provide continued improvement throughout the year.

Reporting hasn't impacted my client businesses.
