Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

we use it for time offs,announcement like new hires, org chart,performance review and tracking,skills tracking,document tracking and storage for contracts and other signed documents,personal info,salary tracking and assigned equipment for each person.we also use it to host link for other internal sites that staff may need.

  • vacation time calculations
  • goal tracking
  • org chart
  • Upfront calendar

Cons

  • the org chart is too small ,it often hard to see and zooming can be an issue.
  • not much else
  • i like it as is
Its very functional,I see lots of improvement over the years and its not hard to use
