Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

Use this for HRIS, ATS, Benefits administration and Performance. BambooHR helped streamline a bunch of HR processes such a recruiting, onboarding, and benefits enrollment, where before everything we did was manual.

Pros

  • Visual Design
  • Ease of use for employees
  • Ease of overall setup

Cons

  • Making sure new features work properly
  • Giving companies ability to change minor things (i.e. "get to know me" answers")
  • Reporting for Benefits
  • Helped improve communication between operations and Payroll/HR dept.
  • Allows employee access to company docs
  • Form builder/ esignature- sometimes it's hard to see employees face to face to get signatures
It's a great product but just like a lot of other platforms once they start adding new features the product becomes less robust and user friendly.
Always get the best support. Chat support seems to be in a different time zone though so you can't get that support until later (we are in the EST zone)
They have helped tremendously share information with others. The reports are easy to run and reconfigure.
I would say BambooHR is the best platform I have used and help setup so far
