Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We are using BambooHR® mainly for HR purposes, such as quaterly assesment and performance meeting. This is also where all our employee request time off and we store all their informations in their personnal file, such as salary, CV, and other important documents. We also export some vacation reports for pay purposes.

Yes, we really love BambooHR® because it is user friendly and really easy to understand quickly. Everyone in the business love to use BambooHR® and find it very useful and resourceful to find the information they need, such as company-wide policy. We also store all the company wide holiday in the calendar so it's easy for our employee to refer to BambooHR® when they need that kind of info. Overall, we really love BambooHR® and how easy it is to use.
The reporting is great, but we do not use a ton of them simply by choice. The one I use the most is the time-off report, especially for pay purposes. We also use the vacation report to track the remaining days of vacation per employee at the end of the referal period, for accounting purposes.
We have tried other system, but they were less user friendly and they were doing so much other stuff that they were not fulfilling correctly our needs. BambooHR® is a really nice tool to use, user friendly, and just the functions we need from an HR tool. It's great for the vacation request and this was our main focus when we were looking for our HR tool.

New employee questions sent to everyone once they've started is fun so we get to know them a bit more before meeting them. Assessment are much more easier to be done in BambooHR® rather than a document we were using before. Request vacation is easy and user friendly! Since we are doing our pay in another software, I don't think a big company could accept working with BambooHR® because the reports would be too heavy to work with. I find it perfect because we have less than 50 employee to manage off BambooHR®. I know you offer your own pay system, but maybe integration with other pay system would be beneficial for you since some company might use BambooHR® only for HR management, vacation request etc.
