Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I am a front line contributor who uses BambooHR as an employee. I utilize BambooHR to stay in touch with company initiatives, view new employees, book my time off, and communicate with our HR team.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate platform

Cons

  • Get a BambooHR new user orientation as there are features I may not be utilizing.
  • Enhance employee experience and satisfaction
Without any training you can use basic functions.
I do not utilize the reporting functions
