Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR
BambooHR is being used to track and manage all employee related information. We also use it for job postings and managing the hiring applicant process.
Pros
- The jobs posting feature works seamlessly and is very easy to manage. Managers can coordinate interviews and maintain notes all within the same page.
- It is easy to assign management relationships and then visually see the organizational structure.
- The reporting is a breeze. So much easier than tracking key employee information in spreadsheets. And much more secure. You can filter out confidential information and share only what is important on a customized basis.
Cons
- The biggest need is for a printable organizational chart. Instead of being able to print the org chart within the application, users have to recreate it manually in another software which is a total waste of time.
- Our recruiting process is much faster. Document retention more manageable.
- It is easier to share information leveraging the canned reports.
