Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp
Basecamp was used for managing projects as well as individual tasks within the projects. I am not sure if the entire organization used it or just our department. We did some research prior to signing up for Basecamp and it seemed to be one of the best solutions available for project management.
- It's very easy to get started.
- Each user sees a different dashboard with information relevant to them.
- No need to exchange emails back and forth. It works very well in a collaborative environment.
- I think there are similar products available for free.
- Employees are more productive.
- Better team collaboration.
I haven't done enough research on other options.
