Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp

Basecamp is a useful project management tool that's used by a lot of advertising firms. I'm a big fan of it and how it allows easy assignment of tasks; has a simple and easy to use website; and has a useful and easy to use app. My only gripe is the cost, but then again, companies need to monetize somehow!

Wrike is nice, but not nearly as nice as Basecamp, although Wrike does have a free account to try it out. They also have non-profit discounts, which Basecamp doesn't have.
I think Basecamp is really well suited for graphic/web design projects, hence this is why it's normally used by ad agencies for projects.
