Overall Satisfaction with Bigcommerce

Not sure about the question here, What business problems does it address!!!. I suppose it solved the problem of me being over charged for other systems when the BigCommerce does all I need at a better price.
  • Clear simple product display. Ease of use of my customers
  • Great CMS platform with all the little tricks included.
  • Ease of use for my staff. Not much training required.
  • Great BC after hours service
  • I'd like to see a free toll number for emergency calls. European customer don't want to call a USA number, too expensive.
  • Best Sellers not updating quick enough on my site.
  • The BigCommerce team restored my faith in web design/ ecommerce companies. Got our company back online after a previous bad experience. So sorry I didn't go this route first.
  • ROI within 6 months

As a small business entering into the online world, I recommend the Big Commerce platform without hesitation. Their whole platform seems to be designed around meeting your needs quickly and not milking your bank account every time you want to change a small thing.
