Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin by Zoho CRM has been the most efficient and cost effective CRM for our Agency Business. It does all the simple things well and the phone app works like a dream for my sales team. We track our team's calls and split contacts between them with ease. Overall extremely happy with my subscription.

My main use case has been sales team management and it works very efficiently. The only big feature I would like for our team is the addition of incoming call recognition if a number is in my Bigin by Zoho CRM database. It will help identify people who did not pick up the call but call back later.
