Great CRM and help desk in one
Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
We've just started using Bigin recently. Our main goals are to manage our contacts and to handle support cases, which is also possible with Bigin pipelines.
Pros
- Contact management
- Pipelines and useful templates
- CRM and help desk combined
Cons
- Occasional issues with functionality, such as integrations, etc.
- Not possible to add users from different regions (if they are part of another Bigin account)
- limited tags for each user
- Just started recently, not ready to say
