Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We've just started using Bigin recently. Our main goals are to manage our contacts and to handle support cases, which is also possible with Bigin pipelines.

Pros

  • Contact management
  • Pipelines and useful templates
  • CRM and help desk combined

Cons

  • Occasional issues with functionality, such as integrations, etc.
  • Not possible to add users from different regions (if they are part of another Bigin account)
  • limited tags for each user
  • Just started recently, not ready to say
It's great, but sometimes I am confused with certain features, so it would be great to improve UX a bit.

It's great for small businesses with relatively few support tickets, where they can combine CRM and help desk in one. Many tools are either help desks or CRMs, not both
