Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin by Zoho CRM is a simple and intuitive CRM tool for a small startup like mine to get started. The user guide videos were easy to understand and replicate to get started. The flexibility to add new fields on UI and in bulkload sheets, ways to switch between contact, co. and pipleline views are very helpful.

  • Switch between Contact, Co. and Pipeline Views

Cons

  • Unique ID concept and how to implement it can be made easier
  • Clear view of my follow-up tasks to close deals
User friendly, intuitive, like the Contact, Organization and Pipeline entities distinction. Bulk upload is convenient, esp with custom fields
Odoo- unable to bulk upload custom fields, support documents online were contradicting, reaching support team did not give helpful answers

Zoho CRM- good features but too complex for my starting needs
