Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
Bigin by Zoho CRM has been instrumental in streamlining our outreach and sales pipelines to support our team. The automations have reduced workloads and stress significantly, and allowed us to prioritize other projects.
Pros
- Pipeline automations - setting up triggers for creating emails, events, tasks, etc. is incredibly easy and reduces room for error and pain points by taking the responsibility off the team.
- The ability to customize all of the fields is perfect and allows us to set up the CRM to work how we need it to. Very little has changed in our process, it's only become easier, which is the sign of a good CRM.
- Zoho support is great and responds quickly. I never worry about running into issues because I know they're there to help.
Cons
- Reporting is customizable and extensive, but you there aren't enough ways to pull complex reports to see how different data points are influencing one another.
- Integration between Bigin by Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps is amazing, though it still feels a little separate.
- Bigin by Zoho CRM is improving our internal processes which allows our team to work deals more efficiently.
- It connects our teams, so the company is more unified.
Hubspot is a solid CRM, but a good portion of it's capabilities aren't necessary for a small business and the cost is higher.
