Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I am a small business owner and using Bigin by Zoho CRM for several months. And I am a big fan. It is easy to use and a perfect way to manage my customers. I created different pipe lines to manage my customers. You can create all types of pipe lines to your liking. It also has the possibility to do mailings. I can recommend this system to any other small business owner.

Cons

  • Naming your pipelines
  • having all my clients in one space
  • managing leads
Because it is easy to use and it give me the support that I need for my small business
