Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
I am a new staff member here. We are a B2B food bank. We have 142 pantries and we are in continuous contact with them. They contact us almost daily to place their food order for either pick up or drop off. We currently use Google Sheets to keep track of everything, however, it is not efficient and we can risk the spreadsheet being deleted as many hands have to 'touch it'. Bigin by Zoho CRM is the perfect tool for us to keep everything in order, at our fingertipes with out the fear of losing our information.
Pros
- Love the custom fields -- our business is unique
- Ease of use - I don't read manuals nor watch videos...I just dig in
- Has everything we need at the moment
- Integrates with Google Workspace
- Integrates with MS Office
- Integrates with Zoho Campaigns
Cons
- A customizable dashboard regardless of the industry you're in.
- I'd prefer a dashboard where I can see my calendar, others' calendars as well
- I'd prefer a dashboard where I can see the upcoming activities or tasks for me to do
- We are still testing, but I gather, it'll be the best ROI as it's more about security than a return of investment...so, if you want to look at security as a return of investment... then it's a win win.
Ease of use. It was easy for me to navigate. I have a PhD from YouTube University (lol), but I did not have to refer to YouTube to learn how to use it. I just dug right in.
