Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

This is has been the best option for controling the flow of emails and messages with clients, helping to keep control of a high volume of offers, that ussualy get lost. This helps us win more sales.
Keep contacts with clients more relevant and constant.
With Bigin by Zoho CRM we hope to be able to handle a bigger number of clients and to keep control of the responsabilities of each sales rep.

Pros

  • simple sales process control
  • Conect to my email and automaticaly add new actions and contacts
  • Automate the control of oportunities that have been static

Cons

  • Maybe add some maps to evaluate geografically the sales
  • Better sales closure rate
  • Better client satisfaction
  • More productivity of each sales rep
It is a simple system that does what it says it does.
Great value for the price

It is good for simple straight forward control of the sale process.
I guess it will not be good for AI analisis since that is not available
