Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We were working off spreadsheets and email inboxes to track leads and sales and now we use Bigin to centralise all our tasks and correspondence relating to sales.

Pros

  • Manage deal flows
  • Simple automations for repetitive tasks
  • Affordable

Cons

  • Bigin for Gmail Add-On sometimes glitchy
  • Can’t easily drag and drop Deals into different pipelines
  • Only emails sent from within Bigin can be tracked
  • Easier for whole sales team to see what’s happening
  • Reminders to follow up without sifting through inbox or manual reminders
  • Contact management much better than spreadsheets
Easy to use generally, especially for the relatively low price.
