Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

[...] needed a simple CRM to assist with fundraising. I needed a place to put my contacts all in one place rather than spreadsheets. I also needed a way to ensure I followed up with contacts. I was easily able to upload the contacts and follow-up as needed.

Pros

  • Easily imports data from spreadsheets
  • makes sending emails easy
  • makes sending mass emails easy

Cons

  • on mass emails it should use the business email rather than the generic Bigin by Zoho CRM sender email address
  • should have more pick fields for some of custom fields
  • Bigin by Zoho CRM has given me visibility into my management of contacts
Bigin by Zoho CRM was simple to set up, easily imported data and simple to set up tasks and follow-ups
