Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I am a small business that needed a simple and well integrated CRM for local use. This has helped me achieve this because it is simple and not overwhelming to open up, but it still has features that big name CRMs use.

  • Easy to create email systems
  • SMS systems
  • It has helped me remember who I am in touch with
  • Not missing opportunities
  • Integration with Mailchimp for tagging clients
It is just simple to use. Not hard to get up and go.
Hubspot is built for large complex operations and doesn't work super well for small business I found. It is complicated to set up and it takes too much time.

It is well suited for local small business systems where you need something to keep track of people you meet, when, and where.

It is not so suited for scenarios that require you to manage multiple complex projects I think. It is hard for me to say much on that because for what I need it for, it works great.
