We're looking for ways to quickly and easily manage our contacts to keep track of our clients efficiently. We also use the email campaigns with Bigin that easily incorporates specific fields to customize our emails. It's quick and simple to setup unlike others that require a much steeper learning curve.

Cons

contacting Bigin's support for pricing which they haven't responded even after providing my account number
more options for customizing workflow triggers like if the email recipient doesn't respond in a certain amount of time, then trigger an action.

It has saved us hours managing contacts, sending repeating emails.

Usability

It's simple but with anything, there is a certain learning curve and familiarity that must be reached. Bigin is by far the simplest to start off and learn quickly.
