Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Business problems we address:
— the need for a simple CRM for projects that do not require heavy enterprise-level functionality;
— the need to maintain a clear, transparent pipeline for each product;
— reducing reliance on spreadsheets and manual data entry;
— the ability to quickly onboard new employees and partners;
— having a structure where client data and communications are not lost.
