Overall Satisfaction with Bill.com

Bill.com is being used by our whole organization as a tool for our client to pay bills and to issue and receive payment on invoices.

Pros

  • It is fairly easy to use and syncs very well with QuickBooks.
  • Customer support is very helpful.
  • It also provides a trail of what your client has paid and when. It helps with avoiding double payments.

Cons

  • When information is inadvertently deleted, there is no notification.
  • If there is no name on a check, it can still be issued.
  • Better customer service
  • Enables us to provide account payable and account receivable functionality remotely.
  • Ease of use
I have not use any similar products.
Bill.com is fairly simple to use and seems appropriate for most industries. The document saving feature is very desirable and can save companies a lot of space.

    My company does not recommend this organization. We tried the two different times, and it took them over 3 weeks to get the money to us and countless hours on the phone and chat with some of the worst customer service possible. We wasted way more time than they saved us. Use a more trusted source like Stripe.
