Overall Satisfaction with Bing Ads

We use Bing Ads for about 50% of our marketing clients that sell in an eCommerce capacity. Most of our employees are Bing Ads certified or use Bing Ads on a daily basis. We have a Bing MCC with about 15 active clients in it currently.
  • Easy to reach, always answer the phone
  • Provides the service consistently
  • Decent conversion rate for clients, better than other shopping engines
  • Needs to have better trained staff members in their own products
  • Needs easier Interface, process for adding data feeds and seeing errors is clunky
  • Bing needs a shopping interface instead of just SERP placement
  • Usually has a return on ad spend of at least 500% in most industries.
  • Usually costs significantly less than Google or other paid channels, but still converts - leading to positive ROI.
  • Sometimes is not successful, it really depends on industry - cosmetics are hard to make profitable in Bing Shopping.
Bing Ads is like a second tier Google, it's a good platform to use for visibility across multiple channels. It's fairly easy to use, slow to set up, and results are typically good. We use Bing Ads for added visibility across channels and to boost ROI.
Bing Shopping in particular is a good option compared to other market places, especially Connexity or Shopping.com. Bing Shopping is a good second option for Google Shopping, so are Bing text ads. It provides good visibility for a significantly less cost, so if you're looking to expand your channel marketing - Bing is a good option with a history of decent conversion rates.
