Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye
Birdeye has been an amazing tool that helps generalize all of our companies reviews together. By utilizing Birdeye, we are able to optimize on reviews and keep a live outlook on the feedback we receive as a company. We are able to share the praises of reviews within our company, to lift up employees and celebrate for providing good services. We are also able to be informed of a negative review and be able to address the issue with the customer right away, which usually turns our negative review into a positive!

Birdeye has more content. The set up from Birdeye is very easy to navigate for our company. The set up is very easy. Birdeye can be utilized to send emails of live feedback which allows us to be able to respond in quickly manners. Birdeye has been my favorite platform so far.
