Overall Satisfaction with Bitdefender GravityZone

I resale the Bitdefender Cloud antivirus and use the GravityZone to create the packages and rules. I use it as a monitoring tool as well for all my clients.

Pros

  • Deployment of client
  • Rules for exclusions
  • Monitoring or all assets

Cons

  • Better overall stats and pie chart for a quick dashboard of all clients.
  • Risk assessment or improvement scanner
  • Time-saving for sure is the outcome of GravityZone.
  • So far we had no issues with the detection, and as soon as the agent finds something it is usually taken care of automatically.
Way better then the normal Windows Defender that everyone thinks is good enough. Even some false positive ones are better detected by Bitdefender.
I have only used it once and it was taken care of fast and effectively.
